You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund or reschedule based on availability. Refund process could take upon 7 to 14 business days.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, no refund will be issued.

Changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will be honored based on availability.

Due to fees assessed by credit card processing companies, a $25 fee applies to all cancellations.
